Mr. William Schmitt oversees all of Meridian Property Company’s development and construction operations. He is experienced in design build, government entitlement, project management, estimating and all other aspects of real estate development. Mr. Schmitt has been involved in the real estate and construction industries for more than thirty years. Prior to joining Meridian in 2006, Mr. Schmitt served as Director of Construction Services for Catellus Development and as Owner/Manager of CSB Construction. In these roles Mr. Schmitt has been involved in the development and construction of over 1,000 buildings throughout Northern California. Mr. Schmitt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and a Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
