As Chief Operating Officer for Meridian Property Company, Mr. Pollock is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership for the organization, including; asset management, sales, marketing, development and finance. Mr. Pollock has over 15-years of real estate development experience and prior to joining Meridian in 2006, Mr. Pollock served as General Manager for Centex Homes where he was responsible for development, construction and sales in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Previously Mr. Pollock served as Vice President of Bovis Lend Lease, responsible for finance, project controls and risk management. Mr. Pollock is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from St. Mary’s College.
