We recently purchased two condo units for our new offices. The slowest experience we encountered was when everything we did had to go through the brokers. It would always take 2 – 5 days to get a response on everything we did. Don’t get me wrong, the brokers were great; there were just too many hands in the pot.
Once the price was set and we were committed to buy, we began working directly with Meridian, and things went fast. They helped us plan our space; they were more than agreeable when we came up with changes to make the space more useable for our needs. Even during construction, we were able to make changes and adjustments while everyone continued to be more than helpful.
