About Healthcare Real Estate Insights

Launched in 2003, HREI was the first and remains the only national media platform entirely dedicated to covering healthcare real estate (HRE) development, financing and investment. This semi-monthly, national, business-to-business print magazine offers sophisticated players the most comprehensive coverage in the industry available anywhere.

Introduced in 2008, the HREI Resource Guide was the first and is still the only annual directory of healthcare real estate services. The free HREI weekly e-newsletter, launched in 2016 and distributed every Wednesday morning, is the No. 1 source of timely HRE news for thousands of opt-in subscribers. And the new Bioscience Real Estate Insights (BREI) e-newsletter, launched in 2022, provides timely news for those interested in life sciences real estate development, financing and investment.
